Whether your appointment is by phone, video or in the office we want you to know that we are excited to be reopening the clinic on June 1! We are going to rock Phase 2 just like we’ve been doing for Phase 1 of the Pandemic.

To keep us all safe and to keep you moving forward on your health journey we have implemented safety measures and prescreening protocols.

  • At each appointment, patients will be asked to remain outside until invited in by one of our naturopathic office assistants and to wash their hands with provided hand sanitizer.
  • If you have your own mask, please bring it with you to put on before you come into the clinic. If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you.

  • In order to reduce communal touch surfaces we have implemented an integrated form of payment that will no longer need a POS machine. At this time we will not be accepting cash or cheques.

  • To place an order for a nutrient refill, please contact the clinic at vitacareclinic@shaw.ca or by phone at 250-585-2150 with the items you need refilling. We will put together the order for you, take payment and arrange a time for a ‘curbside’ pickup.

Thank you for your patience during this time of transition, we all look forward to helping you live your best life, naturally!
